After years of experience in the fast-food industry and over 15 years working in restaurants, we — a husband-and-wife team from Ecuador — decided to take a leap of faith. In 2013, we opened our first restaurant in Norwalk, Connecticut, bringing the vibrant taste of Ecuadorian and Latin American dishes to our community. What started as a small family dream quickly became a local favorite, known for warm hospitality and food made with love and authenticity. As our passion and customer family grew, we proudly moved to Stratford, CT, where we continue to serve the same traditional flavors — from Ecuadorian classics to beloved Latin American favorites — all crafted from fresh ingredients and time-honored recipes.
